SPC - Statistical Process Control Quality Software
Polymorf Quality is a statistical process control (SPC) module designed for industrial companies in Tunisia and North Africa. It collects measurement data in real time and automatically generates control charts, capability indices (Cp, Cpk, Ppk), and Pareto analysis.
The system manages corrective and preventive actions with a complete workflow, deadline tracking, and action effectiveness measurement. Quality checks can be automatically triggered at each production stage, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other quality standards.
Compatible with digital measuring instruments (digital calipers, micrometers, CMMs), Polymorf Quality eliminates manual entry errors and accelerates analysis. Reports are exportable in PDF, Excel, and CSV for customer and supplier audits.
